We design our products using renewable and recyclable materials with the highest possible percentage of recycled and upcycled content. Nova C seating from Green Furniture Concept at London Waterloo railway station

London Waterloo Station

The project for Waterloo Station was done in two stages. In the first stage, 2020, we installed a warm wood colour mix of Nova C benches. In March 2022, we installed an additional 54 seats and perches across Waterloo station, including a coloured design to add interest and symbolise diversity.

DB Main Station Halle (Saale)

Organic shapes and natural materials form islands of tranquility in the lively surroundings of the station and invite you to linger. Curved seating groups and slat-like room dividers in high-quality wood surfaces and changing shades of green, in combination with lush plants, create a warm atmosphere in a mostly cool and drafty place.

Bengaluru Station

The railways in India are for the people and are used more than anywhere on the planet. Today, people spend their time waiting on the floor, which is not optimal for the passengers nor the surrounded business. A significant investment plan has been launched across the country to increase the passenger experience, encouraging more people to choose the train over flying for long-distance travel.

London Bridge Station

This train station is a prime example of "placemaking" design in action. Discover how Green helped to turn this ordinary space into an unforgettable destination with durable and comfortable furniture that integrates effortlessly into the architecture of the building. The result is increased seating capacity and passenger satisfaction.

Malmö Central Station

This new Green place is best described as a food court seating area in proximity to the restaurants in the station's main hall, designed openly and invitingly to include passengers that just need to sit down for a while.

Stockholm Central Station

On an average day, there are over 200,000 people travelling through this train station. With such heavy traffic, it is crucial to offer exceptionally durable furniture. Too often, heavy-duty seating comes at the expense of design, but Green Furniture Concept's Nova C Series offers a unique combination of durability, comfort and iconic placemaking design.

Coburg Station

The Coburg train station has received an impressive modernization upgrade. They have renovated based on the design of their "future train station", which is the design foundation for 16 other trains stations in Germany.

London Victoria Station

The Autumn 2018 National Rail Passenger Survey showed just 23 per cent passenger satisfaction with seating at Victoria and 36 per cent at London Bridge. The South East route team decided to upgrade the seating in response to that passenger feedback and the total seat capacity at Victoria and London Bridge is now being increased from 150 at each station to 400 at each station

Vellinge Ängar Station

Skånetrafiken is on a mission to deliver a unified brand image across all its train stations. The intention is to create a light, inviting, and safe environment for all its passengers to enjoy. They began with a pilot project at Landskrona Station and have continued now with the Vellinge Ängar Station. The intention is to implement the same branded design at all future Skånetrafiken stations.

Green Furniture Concept is accompanying ÖBB into the future of the train station. When implementing the new waiting areas, the aim is to use biophilic design to bring a natural and warm ambience to the space, in order to constantly increase the quality of experience for the travelers.

Ferrovie del Sud Est

Since 2016 Ferrovie Del Sud Est and Servizi Automobilistici s.r.l. became part of the FS Group, starting a phase of total corporate restructuring that concerns both the infrastructure and the means of transport. The waiting rooms located in car stops and in passenger buildings have always been a reference point for users of the interurban transport system, students and workers and with the new ticket office / waiting room located at the level of the station platform or in the urban context, they provide an adequate sales and assistance service.
